Q: How do I browse through the catalog?
A: We have made every effort to make our catalog easy to use. Click "LCN Catalog" on the right side of the screen to start. You can then choose to browse the catalog by page#, or by department. 

Q: How do I find what I'm looking for in the catalog?
A: If you know what category the product is in, use the department view. Then browse through the department.  If you know what page the product is on in the printed catalog, use page view. The page numbers correspond directly with the printed catalog.

Q: I'm not sure what department the product is in.
A: If you know the name of the product, the product ID#, or even the page number in the printed catalog, type the name or number in the search field, and press the right-hand button under the search field.  

Q: What is that 'Heart' icon next to the 'add to cart' icon?
A: The heart allows you to add an item to your "favorites" list. If there are items you order often, add them to your "favorites".
